Monk's
I have taken a great interest in the Monk Class lately and i found it to be lacking A few things that can really make it alot more enjoyable.
First off two simple ones:
lvl 1 Bandage - Heals target, 10%MP 1sec cooldown (Consumes paper)
Bandage is a skill you learned in the Healer Path therefore I believe it should be MASTERED
and have the same specifications as all of the Healer Specialty Classes.
lvl 20 Prayer - Heals target for 15hp, 30%MP 3 sec cooldown
(this way not as good as druid or cleric but still better than a bandage.)
and that would be it for the Healing Aspect of the monk. Group Heal would be OP..
also:
Move Safefall to unlock at lvl15
Possibly remove Sneak( since i honestly cannot picture a monk sneaking around like a ninja or some shady character...)
Remove Star Completely( I know its not in game at the moment, but it is also a skill that a Monk wouldn't really use, more of a ninja thing again) Done
Now We all know monks are Known to be Peaceful/Neutral at times
and also somewhat deadly if forced to fight to the death, I wanted to stay with that basic theme
so i came up with two NEW skills to really Bring that out:
(silence skill)
lvl30 Mana Seal - Stops Target from Using Mana Based attacks/spells for a given amount of time.(Consumes 1 paper & 1 Ink Sac) 20%MP 10 sec Cooldown.
Duration: 5 secs
this skill will work well with the Monk Class Since its more of a Peaceful Method to stopping someone, however in a party this skill will prove to be very useful.
(buff skill)
lvl 40 Gate of Pain - Upon Casting this skill you take Damage for 30% of your max hp, It will Unlock a power within that will Increase Fist damage from 6 to 12 and Reduce Damage Taken (similar to Stoneskin on dragoons) for a Given amount of time. 50%MP and 10 sec Cooldown.(cannot be used if you have below 30% hp)
Duration: 10 secs
This Skill is more of a Boost of power and defence for Sacrificing some Health and lots of mana. In certain situations this can prove to be quite deadly, however spamming this skill for no Reason would be very impractical and a waste of health.
Thats all i got, as for the new skills I would leave the final say on the Duration of the New Skills to the Admins.
Also i posted this in Furybone's Class And Development Thread.
I just felt it got very little recognition.
