5. I am very analytical and good with people. The current job I work IRL entails me leading and running conflict resolution with 20+ people under me. I can apply the leadership and motivation I provide in my daily life, to the server that I have gotten so much enjoyment from. I really enjoy being a part of something bigger, and I feel like I would bring a lot to the table with the current staff and player base.
6. I am currently on the balance team and would like to continue to provide input and be an active part of it if my application is accepted.
I would love to help with the new questing mechanic, and possibly help with the integration and dialogue of the NPC's.
