Bug Mobs Have Become Quite Rare...

It is difficult to find many mobs at all. I spent two nights running everywhere and found 1 Skeleton. I don't know why this was happening and am wondering if anyone has an explanation. The only thing I can think of is someone has a massive Darkroom/Mob Spawner and it is maxing out the number of mobs that can be active at once.

If that is the case, it should be taken down, as it is adversely affecting everyone on the server.
