Minecraft bug or not? (it happens on every server i play on)

It blinks off and on and sometimes it shows like xray and sometimes it'll be just pitch black. Does anyone know how I could fix this? i have a video of it on facebook if you would like to see it.

lol didnt give link so I'l do this the hard way either add me on facebook @zachary haljendi or search for my name and just watch the video from my wall either way works (to add me as friend mention ur mc name or on mc tell me ur name on fb if u added me)
