We're preparing things for the 1.9 update, making sure that things will update seamlessly, for now, do not update if you want to continue playing Minecraft on Herocraft, however, you are more than welcome to update vanilla and play play.hc.to:5555 and than use the http://hc.to/launcher for play.hc.to
