Could you install the Mcmmo plugins, it's great for any server out there. Even if you disagree with adding this plguin, you could just enable one skill only Fishing - fishing does not scale what so ever on this server ( except from the 5xp you gain from a fish which isn't that much)

mcMMO is one of those plugins that will NEVER be installed on Heroes. A lot of what it does conflicts with what Heroes does, plus it is a competitor of Heroes and as a former developer of mcMMO it is basically just Heroes Lite anyway.

The farmer profession has a passive that makes fishing doubled, and now in vanilla you can get other items from fishing...
MCMMO is just a generic plugin, overused by too many servers. Can't tell that the server has it's own coders?

Please describe exactly what you want from Fishing and we'll try to code it.

Right now fishing has a random chance to grant you things as you fish other than fish.
