I believe it's an attack, my anti-virus stuff says the ips 1 is from 206.125.227. Something sorry my av software keeps saying different ips.

Are you sure that the ip thats attacking you isnt 127.0.0.1? I heard that dude ddos's a ton of people. Hardcore stuff.
