3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If Yes, explain where/when): I have not been banned that I know of. I may have been banned from one server right before it went down due to one of my friends completely destroying it, and me not telling the owner... but I don't know.

5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: My friend iTiddlywinx had been playing it for a little while, and told me it is quite amazing, and thoroughly entertaining.
6. Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: Yes, I have voted for Herocraft.
7. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: I do agree.
8. Reason you should be accepted: I have logged many hours on multiple different MineCraft servers, slaying mobs, building Nuclear reactors, and all around, just enjoying myself alongside iTiddlywinx, and we haven't been a nuisance to the staff of any server once, nor to the players of each server. I personally want to play Herocraft because it gives me a new twist on Minecraft, which I haven't experienced before, and have always dreamed of. I am very excited to play a more RPG style minecraft, which I believe I will quickly fall in love with, and I will become a regular user of your server.

10. Additional Info: I'm not quite sure what to put here, so I'll just say this. I am currently playing Mass Effect 1. This will be me 2nd complete playthrough of the trilogy, and I must say, it is in my opinion, the best trilogy ever made, due to the dialogue, the quality of the story, the depth of the characters, and the simple fun of playing. I have been a longtime BioWare, Bethesda, and Bungie fan, so naturally, I play Halo (every single one), Mass Effect (all 3), Dragon Age (sadly only the first), Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic (once again only the first... and I must say, that game has blown my mind for many years), The Elder Scrolls III, IV, and V (Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim respectively, of which my favorite is Morrowind), among other games such as Battlefield 3, and Assassin's Creed. To tell you the truth, I haven't played Minecraft for a while. The last time I played was the day I finally got bored of the Tekkit mod pack, since I haven't found a good server, until now. I just have never really been able to kick back and enjoy the dry efforts of constructing whatever I may imagine without the depth of having the ability to go off, and enjoy a classic firefight from now and then. I believe your server will give me that depth, so I may finally be able to play it for longer than a few weeks before getting completely bored out of my mind. I'm looking forward to becoming addicted again.
