where did you hear about herocraft/how? - I heard about it from nicoblack2309 when he was searching for servers to play on.
do you agree to the minecraft EULA & ToS? - I think these are acceptable standards that minecraft players should be expected to follow, yes
reason you should be accepted - I think I should be accepted because I personally love minecraft and play it often in my free time and this server (After look-up) looked very interesting and I wanted to give it a shot.

additional information: I enjoy sports such as basketball, and soccer.I try to play minecraft as often as I can but I usually put my education (at A.I.S.R school) before entertainment such as minecraft, obviously.

additional information - I enjoy sports such as basketball, and soccer. I try to play minecraft as often as I can but I usually but my education (at A.I.S.R school) before entertainment, obviously. also I got diagnosed with diabetice at age 1 and im not dead so thats good, and well... I spend my time with my girlfriend on the weekends her name is emily and so thats interesting I guess... well reply through thread?
