Mana bars

I was wondering if we could make a thing that adds mana bar gui in like the top right or left but not put it in the server just have it be an allowed mod and not put in server properties and such but just like something in the modpack. As a healer I want to know my mana but I hate all the mana bars in chat its in the way. So could a coder do this and is this possible? Thanks for reading. -robacollver

This sounds like a good idea, considering that I am a cleric and it would be nice to see my mana for pray without having hero verbose on.
