Suggestion Make tree-cutter a farmer skill

I think since leather is less useful this map, I think it would be helpful for farmers to have access to the tree falling skill even in Haven. Since wood is a significant requirement for town upgrades, it would be a flavorful and helpful addition to farmers.

Anyone who can hold an ax these days has a "tree-cutter" skill. If you chop the bottom-most chunk of wood with an ax, the whole tree comes down!

It was bugged in Haven anyways, since every now and then a tree did NOT collapse on chopping. Probably was removed alltogether for review?

It's still on in ruins at least
