Bug Mailbox showing random items on auction.

The mailbox in my town is showing random items up for auction such as stacks of 64 transaction logs, or almost a page of sandstone.

I clicked on one of the transaction logs when I first opened the mailbox, thinking it was a sale, and now I have a stack of 64 transaction logs in my inventory. Which, I don't want to delete in case it's just some visual bug.

EDIT: Oh lord, I somehow dropped all of them, they separated, and they're all other people's sales. I'm not receiving any souls or anything, but oh jeeze, this is a mess.
