Bug LWC problem

I destroyed two of my LWC chests I got from being a donor and now it won't let me lock anymore chests. I was wondering if I could get them back?

I have no idea why my username switched on this site when I only have one account. That email has my real accounts name "Katsuo" which is the email I used and logged in with this account. I'm a Tier 4 donor though.

When you say it wont let you create an LWC - are you saying it wont let you create another FREE lwc?

Please petition in-game and we'll investigate the issue.
