LWC limits

as far as i can see you can only lock 3 chests but unlimited anything else is that intentional because i tried locked a 4th chest and it told me i exceeded the max number of locks. is there a way to fix that or does it stay at 3 considering ive seen places with at least 5 to 10 chests locked

Being a non-donor, you only get 3 Locked chests. Donors can get more than 3.

What was said above, it goes up to 25 or 30? for the max tier.
