Bug Losing items

Alrighty, so this has happened to me and @TrueCorruptor, the day of the new inventory system I took out my sword from my chest. After standing around for a little while I re log to get my new skin from a friend. And when I come on the item I was holding vanished.

Happened to me too, lost 5 op blaze rods

I was having trouble too i logged in had full inv of random shit i was carrying i take it all out get iron blocks to just place around (map restart fun) and i logg out and logg back in and i had the samr things i had before and all the iron blocks i placed where still there
