Go right click him a lot. He talks to and threatens you and eventually the room starts filling up with lava balls flying around bouncing off the walls that hurt you and he tries to get you a lot too.

Every 3 lava balls he creates 1 ice ball spawns and you need to hit him with the ice ball and then beat up the second him it creates.

Repeat for about 15 minutes+ and you will win the Golden Dungeon.

Bring lots of food.
