1. Minecraft In-game name: Lonely_Doctor
2. Location & Age: I am a 17 year old student living in Nova Scotia, Canada.
3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If Yes, explain where/when): I will admit that I have been banned from previous servers before for various reasons; from correcting an admin in some information that he had wrong, to getting banned on smaller servers for no other reason than I just wanted to be banned. I have never been banned however for any use of hacks or cheating. This is a server that I wish to join (proven as I am filling out a whitelist application) so I have no intention of wishing to be banned from this server. The servers that I have been banned from I do not remember their names as it has been a while since the last time I was banned.
4. Referral(s): I do not have a referral, I am joining under my own wish to.
5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: I have heard about Herocraft as I have been looking for a good Hero Server (through Google). I find non-whitelisted hero servers to not usually be very good so I am hoping that this server will be thousands of times better.
6. Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: I have not voted for Herocraft as I do not vote for servers that I do not know. Given the chance to see how Herocraft is, I will probably vote.
7. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes I agree to all the rules and regulations that are set forth by the owner and admins of this server
8. Reason you should be accepted: I am a good builder and a helpful player. I always do my best to help out others and enforce the rules. I have been an admin/mod an several servers (two of which are Armycraft and Prisonleague). I am able to build a variety of structures and I am redstone proficient. I plan on obeying all the rules and regulations set upon me. I am when versed in Minecraft commands and I am able to help out those that may need assistance.
9. Additional Info: I am full of regret that I have not taken any screenshots of any of my previous structures and the servers that they were build in have been recently reset (Armycraft, 24.224.204.25:25565), so I am unable to provide any screenshots. I have build several castles in the servers that I have played on (one of which was an indestructible, unraidable obsidian castle; complete with massive redstone defences). I am a 17 year old in grade 12 IB. I am responsible, caring, trustworthy and reliable. I have great ambitions that I wish to do both within my gaming and real life. I have played several other MMO games in my past including (but not limited to) Maplestory, World of Warcraft, Star Trek Online, League of Legends, Tekkit and various others. I am able to learn and do almost anything after having only experienced it once or twice. I also have a rather good memory (example: I have memorized every recipe in EE, IC, BC, and RP within Tekkit).
10. I thank the Admin (or various other person) for taking the time to read my application. I am hopeful that I will be able to join your server to have fun, help others, make some new friends and if I am lucky, make a difference.

I did say in my whitelist application that I have been banned before, however, I would like to see this "proof" of flying. I may have an explaination if somehow it is true. I do not recongize the server IP that that ban is from. My brother has access to my account as he does not have his own. I, however, mark which servers he CANNOT play on as to ruin my reputation. This appears to have been the case. If you do believe me than I appreciate and thank you and will buy my brother a minecraft account and change my password to prevent new damage like this. If not, however, than I thank you for this opportunity and will not bother you again.

I did say in my whitelist application that I have been banned before, however, I would like to see this "proof" of flying. I may have an explaination if somehow it is true. I do not recongize the server IP that that ban is from. My brother has access to my account as he does not have his own. I, however, mark which servers he CANNOT play on as to ruin my reputation. This appears to have been the case. If you do believe me than I appreciate and thank you and will buy my brother a minecraft account and change my password to prevent new damage like this. If not, however, than I thank you for this opportunity and will not bother you again.

I appreciate the maturity you are showing with this.

Are you willing to put your account on the line? If he gains access and causes any issues are you willing to accept the ban?

I am more than willing to accept the potential of a ban. To be serious I did not think that you would have accepted my reason; it feels good to speak with someone who is obviously more mature than I am (as I am still young enough to be considered a kid and I thank you for seeing maturity in me). My account will have the password changed directly after this post and purchase the account for my brother. To be even more sure, I will force-update my client to be sure that my brother does not continue to ruin my reputation among servers.

I am going to go ahead and give you a chance on the whitelist. I will warn you if your brother causes any issues you will be removed from the server. You are responsible for all actions taken with your account.
