You should have this enabled for normal players! Or maybe relate it to the "Slayer" level.

Like, the first few levels could enable it to be like..
"/locate Hiayion" prompts
Hiayion was last seen between 1000-2000, 1000-2000.
Then higher levels will change it too:
Hiayion was last seen between 1500-2000, 1500-2000.
Till it finally says the exactly location:
Hiayion was last seen at 1600,1600.

From the previous two examples, the cords will be set in "quadrants". At first, they are as large as 1000. Well, you could even have it start at:
Hiayion was last seen between 0-2500, 0-2500. Even if the player is at 1,1, that will show.

Bounty Hunter/Assassin's will actually be able to have a profession. Instead of what they do now. Just run around looking aimlessly for players.

Oh, maybe even at the highest level, it will tell you their elevation.
Hiayion was last seen at 1234,1234 06.

It's not inconcievable. but you'd need to have a pretty strict cooldown. Most wilderness players are safe only by secrecy, and yeah. Slayers should have a CHANCE to find them, but more like a hint rather than a homing beacon.

Could just spit out the direction they're in, relative to you, so you know which way they are but not their exact block location.

I was wondering what it will say if you are sneaking, would imagine you wouldn't leave any 'tracks' if you do.
