Bug Levels reset?

I was a level 30-35 disciple untill I went inactive for a few weeks. I came back and I decided to switch rogue. After a couple days I decided I wanted to be a cleric so I reset back to healer but I wasn't level 30? I remember the new exp saving on the server so I don't know what happened. I posted a petition and it was assigned to an admin but it was just closed without any comments or anything. If someone could help me with this it would be great!
