Suggestion Legendary Classes

So, I've been hearing about how most people get bored really easily, so I thought maybe there would be one legendary class for each basic class. The requirement would be that all specs of that class would have to be mastered. And then, to keep things even, the legendaries would only be able to fight lvl 30 and up classes. Would be great to get this going, please use constructive criticism rather than completely opposing the idea without a reason.

There has already been some rumors and talk of "Legendary" classes in the past.

I understand. Would be great if we could figure it out for the next reset. It would definitely raise interest to an all time high.
