4 of u were continually killing me. We are almost a town, he have application in already. Raetec and Afrodave also said it wasnt illegal.

Almost a town, meaning not a town. Not a town means no lava dumping.

nearly doesn't count, we had guys attacking us up until 5 minutes before we became a town and were unable to lava dump, you can't claim the same rights as a town

I just spoke to afrodave ingame, he said i wasnt in the wrong.

Boostn, Lava Dumping is only allowed in OFFICIAL towns. Not applying towns. Additionally, citizens of that town are only allowed to dump IN THEIR TOWN only to protect either their or someone elses items. Or maybe one of their own citizens.

BUT, you were not in a town. You were in the wilderness. Lava dumping is not allowed there.

And to be honest (And I am gonna sound rude here, I am sorry), but just because Afrodave and Raetec say it is legal, does not mean it is. There have been many cases where mods have made mistakes about the rules before in this server. This could be one of those moments, easily.


Oh, by the way, Lava Dumping IS ALLOWED in the War world, but not the main one.

You should shut up Boostn. Sorry but I had to say that. Random did break TWO OF YOUR GLASS BLOCKS, but get over it. Even when he did come to fix it, YOU KILLED HIM WHEN HE WAS TRYING TO REPLACE THEM! He got banned because he did not replace the blocks, but you were stopping him from doing so!

By not let him near your house you mean tell him that you specifically want him to come back and replace the two glass blocks right? Because that is what happened... You seem very unsure of your story.

ok point of this is i lost money, time armour etc, as did all my friends because of boostn's illeagal actions and if he is going to abuse the rules he should not be able to get away with this. Is there any chance a mod/admin could look into this properly and take appropriate action?
