*Adjusted several groups in Permissions - over 16 groups were created for the merging of Mayor & Donor ranks to have more flexibility in our system.
New Mayor Titles
SIC = Noble
Mayor1 = Count
Mayor2 = Duke
Mayor3 = Viceroy
Mayor4 = King
Only Mayor1+ can disable PVP in areas - the regions that currently have it may keep it.
