Whether said server is good or bad, you were still banned. Your ban appeal that Neotetro found says your brother had access to your account and griefed someone's structure? If you can explain a bit more I'll make a decision.

I went to the bathroom and he came in and mined some gold blocks made by an admin, i replaced them but the still banned me
