Your story: I had no knowlegde of my mute, I had not talked in public chat in at least 30 mins. I challanged someone to a duel and when i came out to tell him good fight noticed my chat was disabled.

I didn't change anything to global chats, only to guides/proctors etc. I didn't mute anyone lately.
