Reminding kain of what I brought up in IRC.
Kings and queens really need to ability to lock, delete, and edit threads within their subforums. At the moment we can stick and unstick threads, but not a whole lot more.

Yes, I'll be experimenting and trying to get this to work correctly without having the Kings/Queens obtaining full Mod permissions over the forums. It'll be a bit, but will be figured out today.
