Your story: I was probably really mad at someone and went into a rage fit so i can promise you this wont happen again and i wish to be unbanned because this is the only good rpg server that i have found

Yes, it was a long time ago and you spammed and used excessive caps. Maybe you don't remember because you trolled many servers in that time period?
