Killing From Inside The Zeal, No PvP, Region

Brutal says it's illegal, so it's illegal, but to clarify, the rule in the wiki refers to the attacker being outside the no-PvP region and the victim being inside it, while the video shows it happening the other way around (i.e. the attacker is hiding in the region, and popping out to attack people quickly).

And he didn't pop out, He was always in the no pvp zone, Therefore he is invincible while I am completely vulnerable.

Last I heard, Lava is okay to use if you're a Citizen and defending your Town; ONLY in your Town of course. Preferably inside of a No PvP Region because the original idea was to allow it in No PvP Regions since that was the only thing you could do to defend the area besides Flint/Steel.
