Okay well your caps lock is not going to make you understand either, and neither am I. There is a point to the special key and the information is right there.

You may reapply for the whitelist when you are the required age.

Oh I did not notice your age. The special key is not needed as you do not meet the minimum age required per out ToS and the law COPPA.
