one of the many error messages i get is Internal exception: java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 229

Are you using a vanilla client?

No, i use spout but it does the same thing when i try to use vanilla

Badpack refers to a bad packet trying to be sent by the client.

Trying using hc.to/client and or uninstalling / reinstalling java

i fixed that one but now it says Internal exception: java.io.IOException: Bad compressed data format
