This isn't my account originally my friend had gave to since he had stopped playing Minecraft. Since that i have changed my password so no one has access to my account. I got this account about 2 weeks ago so I'm fairly new to MC and i disagree with spamming/griefing cause i find it to be mean/rude. I hope you understand that i did not myself had anything to do with those servers

Issue we have, is we do not have proof you are the original owner or not. With all "shared" accounts, or accounts received from friends, we can only go by the history and as you do own this account you are responsible for any bans found on it.

Even with the password being changed, your "friend" can still access the account via email recovery.

Still does not change the fact we do not have proof you are or are not the original owner. All I can see is your account has numerous bans attached to it.

Some of the bans are only a month or so old. I do not have proof they are yours or your "friend's". This is the risk people take when they share accounts, or get them as a gift from a friend.

As of August 31, 2012 our server will be on a greylist which will allow you to play, you will just be limited in some capacity. I am going to deny this application for now, but please feel free to reapply after some time. Perhaps by that time you will not have any additional bans and we can feel more comfortable in regards to whitelisting you.
