Rules:
1.) JBC (Jericho Building Code)
Jericho follows a strict building code to ensure our town does not go to shit. If you violate this code, you will be warned and will have ONE day to make corrections. After one day has gone and you have not made the corrections, they will be made for you and materials destroyed will not be refunded. If you continue to violate multiple times you will be evicted from the city, your home will be destroyed, and it is possible you will lose all items on Jericho property. However in most cases your items will be stored for you and returned.
Being a citizen of Jericho you are bound to your plot and to your plot alone. This means you may not add, remove, or alter ANYTHING outside of your plot unless you have been permitted otherwise from a town official.
Plot Rules
All plots in Jericho are 15x15. We require you to leave a ONE block gap between your home and the curb all around. An exception can be made for paths and walkway entrances. This means your actual building limitations are 13x13. House may be 2 stories with a maximum height of 10-12 blocks from the highest point on the plot, and your home may go down 25 blocks from the lowest point on the plot. You may not exceed the 15x15 width of your plot underground, doing so we result in a JBC violation. The reason we give you normal then larger lots (width) is because we want you to be creative with your homes.
THIS DOES NOT MEAN BUILD A 13x13 CUBE ON YOUR FUCKING PROPERTY. IF I SEE ANY LACK OF ORIGINALITY WITH A PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR AN OVER SIZED SHOEBOX I WILL TEAR THE SON OF A BITCH DOWN ON SIGHT. DO NOT BUILD BOX HOMES!
Seriously, if you need help designing a home, just ask. If you're not that strong of a builder.. it's ok. Just don't put something in our beautiful town that resembles a pile of clown shit. The same thing goes for enormous towers, just because you can build 10-12 blocks up DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO! Make your home look like a real home, it's all I ask. If you build a tower or something that resembles a rape dungeon you will quickly make it clear to me that you have not read these guidelines.

Glass may ONLY be used for windows.
Wood may ONLY be used for accents. (Fence, Deck, Floor, Roof, etc)*Some exceptions may apply with wood, see smash26t
No Lava, fire, or crops on the outside of your home.
The interior of your home can be whatever you wish.

Like I stated above, we want you to be able to express your creativity with your home.
2.) Honor the Pacts
You are not to harm, grief, or steal from ANY form of organization that is listed below. We expect you to treat them with the same respect that you would treat your fellow citizens. Failure to comply with this will result in an fine and/or banishment from Jericho.Non-aggression pacts:

3.) No Stealing from your town
This is pretty self explanatory. If you are caught stealing from a town member you will instantly surrender all possessions, be removed from the region and be banned from Jericho. Admins and Moderators come without hesitation to check blocks and chests if requested to do so. If you steal from your own town, you will be caught.4.) Defend your Home, Jericho
If the town is being attacked, you are required to come to it's aid. If you hide while others are fighting you could face banishment from the town. Don't be a bitch, fight the good fight.5.) Banking
Please do your banking with Jericho. Right now we offer 9c per gold ingot. Not only can you pay right at the town hall via chest shop, but you will be helping your town establish itself in expansion, upkeep, and beautification.How do I join JERICHO?
