Previous Bans from other Servers (If Yes, explain where/when): I do not believe I have any bans. On my server with McBans I used /lookup on myself and nothing came up.

How did you hear about Herocraft?: I am a server owner and I was exploring the Heroes Plugin.

Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes, I do.
Reason you should be accepted: I should be accepted because I am a server owner and I know how important rules are. I have read, and I agree with all of the rules. I am not very creative, but when I know what I am building I am great at it. I would like to make friends and help out where I can.

Additional Info: I just recently started to learn Java code. I am only a few weeks in. I hope to someday make Minecraft plugins. Outside of Minecraft I also play World of Warcraft, Diablo 3, Call of Duty, and Elder Scrolls. I will upload a picture of my best building. I have also built many pixel art statues and many other creations in the main city on my server.

I do not remember why I pasted http://pastebin.com/c8YzqVZ9 and http://pastebin.com/A6P52jkU , but the other two are errors that came up on my servers console. I wanted to post them on pastebin so that when I posted a comment on the plugins Bukkit dev site, to get help, I could leave a link instead of a long java error.

I have the Nodus client. I do not use it on servers other than mine. I use it on my server to catch cheaters. I will turn it off while I am on this server, if I am accepted. Even though I will not use it while playing on Hero Craft, I wanted to be upfront about using it.

If you forget to disable it when you join our server you will be banned, and frankly I do not think an appeal will work with you stating "I do not use it on servers other than mine. I use it on my server to catch cheaters. I will turn it off while I am on this server, if I am accepted."

I would be very careful, because the admins are not very forgiving when it comes to hacked clients.
