Due to some somewhat recent issues with griefing, I'm going to say no for now.
However, if you go without mutes/bans/warnings for a few months, and help in Tour/Help channels, reapply then, and I'll be happy to look at your application again.

You can always reapply, does not mean you will be accepted. Several new guides were just promoted and I am currently not looking to promote more at this time. I also feel you are not ready to hold a Guide position due to several behavioral issues on your end; recently unmuted from tour and still muted in O.

EDIT: Looks like you are muted in tour again, and who knows what other channels.
