Reason for ban: Illegal Mods
Your story: I logged on today to find that I had lost everything I own, for this reason I installed an xray texture pack as I was upset with my lost of items. This is never acceptable, what I have done is very out of the ordinary of what I do on a day to day basis. This is the first time I have xray'd and this is my first slip up on the server that I love very much. I have never been muted or banned prior to this instance, I have been a loyal and serving member of this community for 2 years. For this reason I hope that I can be given a second chance on the only server I play on so I can continue to help and build the server up to keep its great status. I hold several ranks within the server that I hold closely and would love to keep doing what I was doing. I hope you understand I am extremely sorry for what I have done and there is no excuse for what I did. I can promise to you I will never do such a thing again. I am very sorry once again.

Is there any chance for being up front and honest that I can have this turned into a temp ban? Friends of mine have been banned for xray and then unbanned. I respect your decisions Jon and I know Kain will most likely back you up but I would like to hear from him. @Kainzo Thank you.

Here's the thing: you said you installed it today, I know you had it before. You hold (held) various staff positions, so you know better.

While others have been unbanned for using xray - its not something we do often and it's still a great disrespect to the member-base of Herocraft who play legit.
