The rarest reward, hm, I don't know about a list that indicates the chances, though Kainzo does know them.
My best guess is the supporter tier upgrade reward. Title prefixes are more or less common along with pets, compared to supporter tier upgrade rewards definitely common. Also not that rare are microblocks, like heads (enderman head, steve head, etc).
