Already watched it, and that is like comparing apples to pears. AD is humor, HoC is more dark and serius.
Both series are good, anyways just a reccomendation.

Just because they are two different genres doesn't mean you can't compare them quality wise, AD never fails to make me laugh.

I guess, House of Cards isn't intended to make you laugh though. Quality wise they are both good in my oppinion, personally can't wait for S2 of House of Cards and hopefully a S5 of AD.
