Could you explain the Cnation account hack? Is DarkPiestro the hacked account or a new one?

They basically found my password and hacked my minecraft account, they knew I frequently visited the server and griefed a load of the server's property. After I privately messaged the Admin he claimed that it wasn't a valid excuse. So I left an apology on their forum and ceased activity on the server.

Since that time I've changed my password multiple times to ensure it's not hacked again.
