I need help,or I might have to quit HC!

Hey guys ;( i have no idea why,but everytime i join hc i have 5 seconds before my internet crashes.

but it's weird because it's fine on EVERY other server :/

and i don't wanna play for only 5 seconds then have to re-log again.

and im pretty sure the problem has to do with my router but i don't know what to do :/

If anyone knows how to help i'll be the happiest girl in the world <

I have a few things turn everything off while playing hc, or go direct connection. I am not a technical wiz so sorry

Don't worry,the problem seemingly resolved itself.

Is this solved? I'm not professional but I do a lot of troubleshooting. If it persists, I also have good connections.
