How to down-grade from 1.1 to 1.0.0 in minecraft on PC

I need help on where to put the 1.0.0 folder i down loaded from kainzo's alert, either instructions or a video on what to do would be most helpful ;)

Windows Key+R
Type in: %appdata%
Find the minecraft folder.
Go into the bin folder.
Delete the Minecraft (.jar) file.
Replace with Kainzo's.
