How do you use the Global Market?

Hello @Moderators @Admins,

I am attempting to use the global market via /market create <price> <quantity> and it is giving me the error: "You do not have permission for this command." Is there a restriction on the global market now? If so, what is it? Have the commands changed? The wiki is not up to date if so.

Its only usable by merchants now. They can post, others can buy. "Black Market"
