Suggestion Horse suggestion

So i have a suggestion for how horses can be obtained and ridden. Like said in other threads, "mount training" will be obtained through in-game purchase. this price i suggest to be 500-1000 souls. To be able to purchase this training, you must be at least lv 20 lostsoul and lv 20 crafter. This purchase does not give you a horse however. To gain the horse itself, you must use a saddle while looking at a horse and type something like /mount tame (name of horse). the (name of horse) leads to the next part of the suggestion. Farmers will be able to summon horses at level 60, only one per day. another cost to summoning the horse will be a diamond block -- an endstone for a reagent. when summoning the horse, a renaming GUI will show up (think there is one, dont know where from though in vanilla MC), and it will also show the quality of the horse. the qualities can range from (poor) .1125 speed, to (epic) .3375 speed. The chance to get a fast horse, would be significantly reduced in comparison to getting a poor horse. For speed look at the quote below, obtained through minecraftwiki.net

All horses have three "equine stats" which vary from horse to horse: health, jump height and (maximum) speed. The stats are created once the horse is born and are not affected by food. The different horse types use different formulas for each:

  • Health runs from 15 to 30, with most around the average of 22.5.
  • Jump strength is from 0.4 to 1.0 in internal units (but tending toward the average of 0.7.)
  • Maximum speed is from 0.1125 to 0.3375 (but tending toward the average of 0.225.) This is in internal units. By comparison, the player's walking speed is 0.1 in the same units.
    • The speed in blocks/second is a bit over 43 times the internal value, but can be affected by various conditions.

So all the commands could be run like:
/mount help: gives list of commands for mounts
/mount create (name): summons a horse, consuming (reagent), horse is of random quality. you will assign name to horse.
/mount tame: allows you to tame a horse while holding a saddle, requires training, consumes saddle.
/mount summon (name): summons the horse specified, automatically mounts you. takes 2 seconds to warm up cannot be used in combat.
/mount dismiss: dismounts currently ridden horse.
/mount allowtame (name of horse) (name of player allowed to tame it)
/mount list: gives list of tamed horses and qualities.

The farmer must give permission to a person to be able to tame it (to prevent stealing or some other form of some bull, idk). after giving permission, the permitted person will be notified and will be able to use the /mount tame command on that horse.

all horses will be dismounted upon entering combat, and cannot be summoned while in combat.

horses cannot be breed with breeding ability.

EDIT: for clarification, the horse despawns once tamed and is saved to you.

Not to put down the idea, but as far as I know the plan for horses is already set.

EDIT: Well, looks like it was a good idea, at least, with Kain's response.

Horses are coming eventually whether this idea is the basis or not. Since Kain's up for reconsidering the plan, you can't really ask any specifics right now. Nothing's at a point where it's set in stone.
