I'm not sure if the server can distinguish a difference between a locked death chest and an LWC'D chest, but I thought it would add a little flavour if you can funnel items out of a death chest. Engineers would be needed in the aftermath of battles to gather as much as they can before trouble hits again.

Sure, but how many engineers are you going to get in a raid? You could make it that there's a cool down of 2 minutes for hopper placement. That would prevent an engineer from single-handedly taking a peek at all the deathchests when the smoke clears.

Engineers are few and far between on the server, and they lack staying-power. Much like Masons, once you set up your town with gadgets and gizmos, what's the point of staying as a 'builder class' unless you'll have some use for it mostly every day? That's my 2 cents.

While on the topic, I couldn't help but think about HeroCraft during my short encounter with World Of Warcraft. You can have 2 professions in WOW and I thought how beneficial it would be to have 2 professions on HeroCraft. Of course, the price for changing a profession should skyrocket, or worse yet your profession would get reset if you choose to switch it.

Thoughts?

I support this idea! There's not much use for us engineers after we've built all of our stuff in our towns and houses, this would be a neat addition to the class!

Haha, I love the idea, but that would be too OP. Maybe if the explosion caused 200 HP damage instead of 2,000 like it currently does it wouldn't guarantee an AOE death.

All in all, rad idea.

Maybe I haven't looked into it well enough, but I can't see much uses for hoppers otherwise, but we'll see once they're enabled on the server.
