Heroes Test Server Still Up?

I remember a while back there being a test server for the herocraft hero classes. Is it still live or has it been taken down?

yes, it can be found at test.hc.to

It is also available via the hub.hc.to - water portal. - Since its test, it will come up and down randomly for testing purposes.
