Heroes Alternate Accounts

Well this topic was brought up in game and I'm not saying the rule should change I just would like to understand the reasoning behind not having alternate accounts playing the game. Does this do something to the server to make it less enjoyable to play or break the plugins? Take your time answering.

No, I believe it has to do with the fact that people evade bans by using alternative accounts.

Alt accounts are against the rules for this reason.

Say you're in a town, and they have an enemy. Then you use your alt to join their town to steal and ruin it. This has happened frequently and this is one of the solutions to stop this problem.

People can easily (and have) used alternate accounts to gain access to towns to screw them over. It's one thing to risk your one and only reputation on such a thing, however using an alt defeats the purpose.
