Updated Technic Launcher --- is now working with 1.9.4
Several changes and misc revivals that will be documented later.
Week 1 (06/10/16)
* Added Vanilla World Border.
* Added Web to Ore regeneration/replacement
* Add free RandomTeleport sign for players to start off randomly (or after a death).
* Removed Logs from the Ore Regen.
* Summon-Arrow for rangers is now level 1, kick is 5 and envenom is 15.
* Deathmark and Track now require the victim player to be level 30 or higher.
* Food can now be crafted by all players.
* Increased chunks allowed per level in Townships.
* Added McMMO to Limbo PVP.
* Adjusted the soul drop rates for greater and lesser ores. This is to take account for the regeneration of ores.

Week 3 (06/24/16)
Townships
- Reduced the global basic materials for all gold/diamond/iron
- Added new basic materials (stone/cobble/bookshelves/etc)
- Reduced the population requirements to upgrade Townships
- Added /township toggle (regionmessage/grave)
- Enabled Harvesters for purchase via /town buyaddon Harvester (100c)
- Enabled Graveyards for purchase via /town buyaddon Graveyard (2500c)
- (Both of these items may see appearances in crates, but that will be in the future)
- Towns with harvesters now collect biome materials based on how many chunks they own and what types of chunks.
- List of Biome Materials Collected
- Harvest Collection happens every Minecraft Day at noon
- Massively adjusted the costs for upgrading townships.
- Township bank is now more limited but allows for unlimited items placed by type, you cannot click and drop items anymore.
- /town set ADDON graveyard - sets the respawn point for your town once you have purchased it.
Trade District
- Two-thirds of the shops in one sector are open for renting
- Buy a billboard sign to advertise your shop
- Shops are rented weekly up to 3 weeks in advance
- Players who don't log in for 15 days LOSE THEIR RENTS/BUYS
Dungeons
- All bosses are now spawning in dungeons with a cooldown of 30 minutes.
- Additional bosses will be added as time permits by @Admins
- All minions in dungeons now have a respawn time of 60 seconds.
- All dungeon mobs now give exp based on health. 1k~ health = 30 xp. (Give or take)
Locks
- Costs for /lock has been reduced to 250c across the board
- Refunds of coins will not be given for unlocking chests.
- Supporters get very slightly cheaper locks now.
Misc
* Fixed all exp items not giving their exp when right-clicked.
* Reduced Party Bonus EXP from 150% to 140%
* Removed BattleTracker (PVP/PVE tracking is temp disabled)
* Re-added /roll for the RP fanatics.
* Herogates now cost 10c to go TO spawn, free to leave spawn.
* Fix some recipes for 1.9+ for Heroes recipe management.

- Castle Conquest points are now being implemented, rewards are as follow, 25% exp increase per capture.

Herogates now recolored to match their biome!
Red = Lava Castle (+25% EXP for the entire town, township resources, medals and more!)
Green = Forest Castle (+25% EXP for the entire town, township resources, medals and more!)
Blue = Snow Castle (+25% EXP for the entire town, township resources, medals and more!)
Yellow = Desert Castle (+25% EXP for the entire town, township resources, medals and more!)
Each Castle can be captured and held for 3 hours.
The White Castle cannot be held forever and can be immediately uncaptured but yields +100% more exp.
T2 classes level +25% faster globally.
Townships
- Sic/Council members can now break/place globally in towns.
Medal Rewards
Re-added Slayer tier weapons.
Week 7 (07/15/16)
* Increase the drop rate of Greater Ores to past drop rates. (This is a massive increase)
* Dungeon mobs now have greatly increased drops, including relics, marks, armor, weapons and more!
** Added Marks dropping of all (t5 and t6) mobs
** Added Gear dropping in all dungeons
** Increased the drop rate of the Golden Fragments for the Golden Tome of Desire.
** Currency rates from mobs have been adjusted based on difficulty.
* Re-added Global Messaging
Week 8
* Resolved issue with Kingdoms being deleted on restart.
* Castles now capture for 4 hours, the towns that claim them will not have to re-defend until they re-open. The Castle at Spawn provides x4 more gain and is always up for re-capture.
* Begin transfer of backend repos to Gitlab.com
* Updated Residence to hopefully fix the money loss issue that is occurring to some players randomly.
Week 9
- Adjust the rewards and the timers for the Castles. Special biome materials are now propagating with Diamond Castle having the most rewards.
- Soul of a Great Hero fixed to be consumble for exp
- Fixes brought in for broken relics ie Runeblade - will affect new drops only
- Many residence flags have been changed/disabled
- Runestone reagents added to /shop
- added stacks of Granite/Andesite/Diorite to /shop
- fixed "Pack of Fruit" to properly drop all items
- Runestones - reagent for Major Runestone changed from burning furnace to 1 endstone
- Cobblestone_wall added as a "fence" for shop sales
Week 10
- Legendaries can no longer be killed at the tower respawn point.
- Sphere based skills can now be interrupted via silence/interrupt skills to stop their healing or damage.
Week 11
Crates now Reloaded!
- All Locked Crates are purchased by the Exchange at 64 = 25c.
- Crates are now opened at spawn by right-clicking the crate with the proper key!
- Re-enabled Integrated Circuits.

- Slowly bringing back Global Market for greatly restricted items/towns

Week 13
Townships War System

- 1.9's Shields have been added on Beguiler, Cleric, Druid, Paladin, Pyromancer and Shaman (it was already there but not documented) tier 2 classes, and now actually work.
- Paladin's Shield skill that utilizes Doors has been removed.
- All weapons with attack cooldowns (aside from non-diamond hoes) have had their attacks increased to what they were at level 60 in prior maps; damage against players still does not scale with levels.
- Certain classes can wield Leads, Clocks, Books and Paper in the off hand; future Trinkets will use these to grant bonuses when held.
- /hero tools and /hero armor can be used again. The command previously seen when using them can be accessed with /hero info.
