Suggestion HeroChat: Need MOTD

Would be great if chat channels had an option for a message of the day. Have this line be sent to players as they log in or join the channel.

Could be really valuable for coordinating group activities. I.e. pVP raid on town X 6pm Friday.

Maybe not necessarily in chat but maybe a message sent via a town or a clan or something sent to only its' members.

It's a good idea to have town MOTD, but we also use in-game message boards for that as an alternative idea.

I love physical sign boards, but It's difficult to spread the word with a physical message board. Sometimes people have houses or shops that are far away. They may only log on periodically to check those locations and miss the physical signs.

Maybe a compromise, have a message board be non-physical?

Could be a runesmith ability to make mailboxes? hah.
