I am aware that /hero verbose skills is already a command. The parameter "skills" does not, however, show up in /hero verbose's parameter list.
Perhaps /hero verbose skills could be used to hide skill cooldowns as well? I've got SummonArrow bound to my bow and it's annoying having chat spammed with cooldown messages, especially when TabbyChat isn't out for 1.8 yet (ergo no filtering those out).
Alternatively, have /hero verbose skills retain its current functionality, but add /hero verbose cooldowns to stop cooldown spam. That way you could see what people around you were doing, as well as yourself, but keep the cooldowns out of chat.
