Bug Hero Hud gone

@Xanipher Asked everyone with HUD issues to report them.

I logged in there was no HUD.
I restarted my client, relogged and no HUD appeared.

Before I logged off my HUD was still there, I did nothing unusual when I logged out.

I've tried relogging, using a skill, and dying to get it to show back up, nothing has worked. The party hud on the side still works just fine. It's just the top hud that isn't showing.
