I haven't played since earlier on the previous map due to busy work/social schedule but I remember Kainzo mentioning PvE and Creative maps.
This would more then likely dilute the population into different worlds.
I know I have personally waiting for a PvE world driven more by commerce, politics, and treaties.

Really? I don't seem to see a issue with the economy and levels on herocraft, it just feels like the nostalgic last map.

It'll be a different map, comparable to the nether. You go to Warshard, keep your levels and items, gather materials/gain exp in Warshard, and then return to Dragongarde with your new loot/levels. Or you get killed in Warshard, lose your items but keep your levels. Either one.
