Bug HELP I cant seeee

This has been happening for a loooonnnggggg time and I have no idea. Havent been on server for a long time and I come back today and there's still this problem. I cant see anything. hard to describe so here's pictures

Now, I don't really know what's going there, but I'll just give you some stuff that works for me each time I have a nonsensical bug: (in order)
1. Restart your comp? (Works a surprising amount of the time)
2. reinstall the pack
3. Update Java
4. reinstall MC
5. Get a new comp, install MC

I would try reinstalling java - use the launcher?

Update: I fixed it. Forgot how but it's fixed.
